    Hello all

    bought the bold exactly 29 days ago, 1st one - (dropped calls, no emails etc..) the 2nd one - (white screen, internet browser freezing, sms freezing)

    what should I do?

    take it back to best buy and get another one?

    go to att and see what they can do?

    update the software?

    I love this phone when it works but getting fired over it isnt worth it!

    Put the ball in At&T's court. Allow them to correct or replace, but don't do anything yourself. Unless of course you are the cause of the problems.

    Oh man...you should go into ATT and see what they can do for ya....

    definitely see what at&t can do - they should switch it out for a working phone.

    are you perhaps running anything on it that's causing it to crash? maybe a beta version of a program? i can't imagine it's a memory issue since the bold has a great deal of memory space...
