So, I try not to answer the phone and texts when I drive.. and yesterday I was driving with my friend in the passenger seat.
He told me about the laws, and.. blah blah.. not to pick up the phone cause it's OMG DANGEROUS!
(I do text when I drive but I'm not stupid enough to text when I'm on the highway, rush hours, or when there's tons of people driving. I do when it's quiet, when I'm alone etc, and I'm very careful about it, always keeping my eyes on the road..)
So I give him my Curve for him to answer, cause I was waiting on an important call from my mother.
I'm driving, everything's fine.. my phone start vibrating..
Friend: You're phone's vibrating!! What do I do!! Me: Eh.. Pick up? Friend: HOW!!?? Me: Press the green phone key *calm* Friend: WHERE!!?? *panic* Me: It's at the left, Gimme my phone! Friend: No, you're driving! Friend: OMG it's vibrating again!! Friend: Oh I found it..
*Friend press the green key* Friend: Hello?? Friend: Your keyboard is locked! Me: Huh? That's impossible.. It will unlock if someone calls..
*Friend tries to unlock it, but can't find the[*] and start panicking*
*Friend finaly unlock the keyboard, press the green phone button* Friend: Hello?? Hello??? Me: What the **** are you doing? Friend: There's no one on the line, but there's a little yellow envelop with a red dot. What is it? Did I miss the call?? Me: *Laugh my as_ off* It's just a text relax.. Friend: My god, Can't you get a normal phone like everyone else? Me: No *smile*
lol, I've seen worse. Everyone that tries to use my berry takes at least 5 mins to find the mute key, then they need another couple minutes to unlock it. People get bored before they get into my berry
And this is why its only the people that are addicted actually prefer a BB vs someone who got one as a replacement or just to make others jealous, mind you I got mine just because I wanted one but it does make me laugh when people try and answer my BB when it goes off and yet I never have the heart to tell them that its just a text message

That is a funny story. I had a friend like that till I introduced him into the wonderful world of BB and now my friend is happy that he went with a BB and threw out his old school phone.
