Screenshots were a great idea. As a suggestion, it might be easier to navigate if Gadgets, Games, Themes were on separate pages. I'm sure this will become a really long list.
Nice idea, but to minimize the maintenance, have you thought about using a Wiki? Can then open it up to a large group of people to update Wiki pages, easy to create additional pages for categories too. Right now it looks like a nightmare to keep current with new apps, new versions, etc. Just my thoughts.
