i changed my email password this morning on yahoo. then about 2 hours later i get something saying i need to update my email. how do i do this????

hey tarp try loggin into your bis or bes-which ever u have- and resend the service books. see if that fixes the problem.

You should update your password on BIS
By going to 'email settings"

Click E-mail settings. Log into your BIS/or BES server. Scroll to the e-mail account you changed and edit your information. When you originally set up your account, you signed in with your original password and the server no longer recognizes it since you changed.

This should solve your problem. If not, please let us know.

Go to BlackBerry Internet Service log into your BIS account and validate your e-mail account with your new password.
