only when making calls, the DC portion is not a problem, i want it that way, but when i attempt to make a phone call, it is always locked on speaker phone, i cant seem to find a way to get it off, and i have dug and played with settings, maybe someone here can help, thanks.
Do you try and hit the speaker button, lower right on keyboard while the phone is in use? Mine will not change mode unless I am talking to someone. If I hit the speaker button while in conversation, then it switches.
If it doesn't work where you just take out the battery try and do the Hard Reset (take out the battery) when you have a phone call going. That is the other thing we've been seeing to fix this.
