Is the only way to figure this out is by looking at the sticker on the side of the box? I sent mine to the rebate center and I can find my copy of it...

I have a perfcet device, no problems, glitches etc. It was made in Mexico too, maybe their production location might have an effect on what batches were no good.

Wave thing when "End" is pressed hard, keyboard shifts a tiny bit up and down, loose battery cover.

Out of curiosity, I called customer care about a loose battery door and wobbly keypad and Allen, my friendly rep said there was no way he would replace an 8900 for those problems.
