So i D/L the new update... This is supposed to support VZW storm GPS right?
So what does this exactly mean? When i open G.M. it still tells me im within 1800m of this location and it puts me far off from where i actually am... any idea's ?

Once I hit the blue button it tells me that my location is usually within 20 feet or so. It should find you automatically not sure why it wouldnt work.

Try going outside where it can find a satelite.
    Works on my Storm.

Do you have to have your GPS services turn to "location on" or can you leave it on "E911" ?

This new update definitely helps Poynt out a lot.

If you don't know what I am talking about, open Poynt and go to your settings. Set the GPS source from Blackberry Maps to Google Maps. Poynt finds my location almost instantly now.

Is there a way to choose your "end destination" from your contacts in Google Maps? My starting point is my current location but it would be very nice to be able to choose the end destination point from your contacts.

Mine posted 10 feet away from location. Location needs to be on, and it didnt work for me till I went outside. Stood in the freezing rain for a few seconds and it worked. Also check up on the settings for the app - the permissions. Will be trying it out with Latitude soon

I believe that you can also set their location in favorites and get directions that way.
