I need to log-in to BlackBerry Internet Service to resend my service books and update the host routing table.
When I go to log-in, my username/password fails. I tried to use the "Forgot Password?" feature and tried BOTH to have it sent to my BB device using email, AND tried using the PIN. It says that it successfully sent an email to my device, but my device is not getting it at all. So I'm completely stuck.
And ideas from the BB experts?
Is there any where else I can log-in and/or change this info? Of course, to get support from Verizon, you need to send them email, which could take days! Please help!
