reQall for BlackBerry gives you a voice-to-text recorder, task/shopping list/idea manager, reminder service and memory aid, all in one. Turn your BlackBerry smartphone into a powerful productivity center that helps you remember all the important things in your life.
I've only had this installed for less than 10 minutes, but I'm already impressed with how well it's performing so far on my Storm. The UI is clean and reminiscent of Poynt's, and aside from minor problems selecting drop-down dialogs (time zone during signup - type first letter if it won't select), this could potentially replace my memo and task entry easily. The in-app settings are sparse right now, but after signing up, login to the site to change notification settings and other things.
Voice input for the storm still does not work. When they get this working I think this will be a useful program. For now, when you hit record it immediately stops recording with a 0 length file.
they know that you can't use the voice input right now.. I couldn't get the text message to go through either.
I also don't think I would use it if they don't add in a way to actually shut down the program.
I just ran this on my storm and it actually made it reboot. I was experiencing the 0 second recording before I read about it in this thread then after trying 3 or 4 times it just restarted. Will be a pretty cool program when it works properly though!

I was having this EXACT same problem. All of a sudden, last night, the "Add by Voice" feature started working.

Go to option>advance options> applications > reqall. Edit permission. Then expand the interactions option . Then allow input simulation and allow recording.
SAVE
It should allow you to record now. Enjoy
