Friday 1/25/08 evening.
My phone says EDGE is down.
Anyone else with the same problem??
I phoned customer service and they wanted me to go through the battery/sim card pull etc. Told them I already did all that and re-sent service books.
The rep said they had no knowledge it was down.
I asked her to open a ticket and see about turning it back on.
