what ceace and desists? Never received one from Apple...got a few from other companies...but never Apple.

I released this for free because 99.9% of all the other themes I made were free..

I could have kept it as premium...but there are too many other designers out there now taking advantage of the beta software and releasing themes for $7 or more.
