Hi all.

I'm having trouble with the camera on my Curve 8330 (Verizon for those that care!!)

I'm unable to open the camera, instead getting a message, "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." It's very polite, but extremely frustrating.

Having closed all of the applications I can find, I'm not sure how to get the camera back. Is there a program that identify all of the open programs on the phone that I can use to close what I can? Any software that can diagnose the problem???

I've tried to close the phone out and restart it, even going so far as to remove the battery and restart the software. To no avail.

Any advice???

I had a similar issue with my 8330 (sprint). I finally took it back to the Sprint Store and they took it back and gave me a new one. Said it was a software issue that they'd seen before. Take it back...get a new one.
