Ok so I was messing arround on my Storm and went to the VZW Homepage, then clicked get apps. And saw listed VZW Tones Deluxe, So I downloaded it.

So my girl wants it on her Storm, but I have never seen it there ever again. Any ideas on how to get it for her phone?

Here's how to get it: step 1: open get it now...

Storm is not a get it now capable device. Thusly, you wobt get vzw tones on it. Just use your own tones and load them into the "ringtones" directory ob the storm.

So with me having VZW tones on my storm, does that mean that it was a mistake when they posted it up for download?

I would have to say either it was a mistake, or there is something new I haven't heard about (been a VZW customer over 11 years and have had mostly "dumb phones"). However, I just went to vzw.com and checked the ringtones page in featues & downloads ... the storm wasn't showing as available.
