I used the wallpaper maker and used the correct model for my phone, but it still is too big. It cuts off the head of the face of the image with the status above. Is there any way to fix that?

Try using any one of the free photo editors that you can download to your PC, like IrfanView, GIMP, etc. and try those. 320x240 is what you want.
