I ran into the same issue, upgrade from an 8130 (Pearl) to the Red 8330 (Curve) and took me 17 days to get the phone...however when I got the phone, it has NO branding on it whatsoever (No Bell Logo anywhere on the phone) and the box was labeled "UNLK" (the only thing I can logically think it means is Unlocked). Either way, works fine on the system, and I LOVE my curve! Good Luck in finding one.

I have one for sale if you want it. It is 2 months old. with 3 batteries and docking station to charge the batteries. I bounce back and forth between Waterloo and Mississauga. I am asking $350 with 3 batteries and a docking station.

Interesting, are they discontinuing alot of stock on the curve? Maybe in anticipation of the 9630? hahaha I can dream.
