    blackberry 8700c #1...
Worked ok then i went ahead and password enabled it so that i could enter the wrong password and clear out all the old information on it rather then having to delete it by hand... well it froze up after about 20 minutes of waiting... pulled battery and now is officially frozen with some error of 507... image below...

507 = reload the O.S! So, download the O.S, install it on your pc, run desktop manager, connect the device, and next, next, next...

ps: next time, to clear data, do a wipe - Options / Security / General / Menu / Wipe Handheld!

So why are you trying the 8707? If you have an 8700c, try the one for the 8700.
