.95 is out there (maybe even a later OS). Sith has given us some thoughts about it, and it sounds awesome. We could use a little more info though, so heres a new thread to discuss any post .90 OS.
I'm curious to see if they stuck with the bloated fonts. I know it doesn't matter, but I hate how the key pad doesn't have letters any more, and how the font is so big that when on a call the "my number" text and your actual number overlap. I absolutely hate the larger blown up fonts.
After "DOWNSIZING" to .86, I can't believe how excited I am again to be able to listen to my Storm thru Bluetooth(S805 Motorola DJ HP while working out and my Blackberry Stereo Gateway in my Crib)without it shutting off or rebooting!!!!
I don't know about everyone else but my reasons for installing os updates are for new features and not stability something which I expect from the officials. .90 was one of the first with a big new feature the keyboard and if subsequent updates have new things as such I'm stoked if not they are usually so buggy its not worth it.
Come on over to the "who thinks a leak is comming soon" thread, sticking a number to
a thread causes to much commotion and bad feelings if it doesn't show. Don't limit the
discussion to just one version

Sith said that the transitions are back, but when I asked if it felt more like .8X speed-wise due to that or .90 he said it felt fast like .90, but still with transitions.
I'm still waiting for an official OS, but hearing from people like Sith, CX about how some of the betas are running and what they have is both encouraging and does make it very, very difficult to be patient. However, it appears things are definitely moving in the right direction.

i agree, its comforting knowing that so much is being done in only a few months to make this phone much better. I refuse to put leaks on my phone, i have too much important info on my phone to risk and go through the hassle of being without it for any amount of time. But by the time the application store comes out im pretty sure we will all be happy as clams with the new app store as well as updated Operating Systems.
We've driven everyone away witth these wastfull threads. The beta testers have moved on to the next great thing the curve8900. Go over there and ask for the next os.
