Good. I ordered a few items from them, never had any problems.

I'm personally very happy with their service. The parts I ordered were well packed and bubble-wraped. The delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. They have air mail or 2-day Fedex service if you can't wait. Plus their prices are very competitive.

The only thing I would suggest is that they include the mesh pieces in their black bold bezel as well as black battery latch and charging pod connectors.

I think most members here who've dealt with them have only good things to say. I made my second order yesterday

I concur with the previous posts. I bought a black case for my 8830. It was delivered in 2 days to the US. I have read in other places that shipping can take weeks if you don't use FedEx. I would not hesitate to use them again.
