I was taking a couple videos last night and couldn't save or play them back. is the a special trick to this???

Did it save to the media card or BB? And are you looking in both places?

I have been having this same problem as well. It just seems to be luck of the draw when attempting to make a video. I would say that only 1 out of 4 is viewable/save-able after recording.

Happened to me once out of my two video attempts so far. So I'm hitting .50% lol

I'm also having a problem with the video saving. For me, it will "save" but it won't play back. It states, "The media being played is of an unsupported format."

WTF! I just recorded this video on the SAME phone. What? It doesn't support itself???

If anyone has a fix, please share.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I really wanted that video too...hopefully the update will fix it.

video doesnt work on these phones. BB Says they are working on it, but the last update on the BB website is almost 2 months ago. doesnt seem to be a priority for them

Maybe you could find them here,

Go to Media, than hit the BB button and select browse or explore, than go to you media card, blackberry, videos???
