    Its fairl simple! I've taken apart my friends Curves before and many times, my own Pearl. After the first attempt, it gets easier the more times you do it! Just follow the link posted and you'll be okay!

    EBay would carry parts if you don't want to order out of the States. Just make sure the seller has good feedback before you purchase.

    Just be careful with the top mounting screws. Be careful with the threading and do not overtighten as they can be prone to shearing. I discovered this recently. I've taken mine a part many times, though, and still encourage you to switch out your keyboard if needed. It's really simple overall.
