is it just me or is everyone one verizon been having problems with internet connection? Ever since friday i cant go on the internet or connect in jivetalk OR get my emails through my phone. I can call and text and i can receive calls n txt messages.. im just baffled by this ??????

Are you on BIS? If so then try this:

1. log into your carrier's BIS site (do a search if you don't know the URL), then click on "service books" and then "send service books".

2. edit your e-mail address within the BIS site and re-enter your password. Save and you should get a message that your e-mail has been updated.

3. Do a battery pull.

If that doesn't solve it, call Verizon CS.

no issues for me. but a couple weeks ago my browser icon just dissapeared. gone without warning. registering the host routing table helped.

ok so i did a battery pull and its back!!!
only thing is I think that since i bought my phone as used by someone else the PIN is registered to his email and stuff so I dont know how to make a new one. on that BIS thingy
