Hey,

Sorry for starting another youtube thread but i have read them all and not seen this error message before -

"Cannot find web adress. Verify that the web address is valid"

Provider - Airtel
Location - New Delhi (most probably the problem)
Phone - Unlocked
IT policy - wiped
OS - 216
Tried - youtube.com
Tried - m.youtube.com
Browser - Internet Browser
Using - EDGE
WIFI - unavailable
3g - unavailable
Java Support - ON
Java Location support - ENABLED

Am i missing something obvious

I am getting this same error when attempting to play youtube videos. This only occurs when I am connected to my wifi. When I connect via 3G, it works fine.

I can browse on the phone fine via wifi.

I just had this problem fixed with T-Mobile PDA Support. He had me shut down the phone and remove the battery and sim. He took me off of the cell tower and had me restart the phone.

Now Youtube Videos play on ALL settings. WI FI, EDGE, UMA etc...

Have your provider try this fix for you. It WILL take care of the issue.

STEP 1)

set your APN to: internet.com
no username/pass is needed.

OPTIONS> Advanced Settings>service books
delete "WAP Browserconfig"

Thank you deleting WAP Browserconfig worked well !!


also the step 1 although I used my company apn name not "internet.com"
