Hello. Can anyone help.

I have downloaded the facebook app. it worked perfectly on my curve. but I have had my bold now since nov. 3 i have the current app versions and everything but i dont get any notifications on my home screen...

I have tried battery pulls. re d/l the application. new themes. everything i can think of and it still wont notify me.

is there something i am missing. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the FB app and have no problem. Check your firewall and see if that is blocking it. Allow the app total access and you should be fine.

Make sure the correct e-mail is associated and set up on your 'Berry.

i had facebook on my curver associated with a hotmail account and it worked fine.

I switched to the bold and set up the same hotmail account on my bold but was not receiving notifications on the bold. I setup a blackberry email account on the bold and associated my facebook account with that email address and I started receiving notifications on my bold.
