Some reason the new message icon is appearing in my desktop (main page) even though I do not have any new messages.

Anyone knows how to get rid of this?

Also you guys know any good software that convert my movies into mpeg-4 format for my strom?

Get ready to get attacked, first of all, try the search feature--there are lots of threads about both subjects.

Message icon...once you are sure you have ALL messages read, a batt pull or soft-reset will get rid of it..not sure of another way.

And the icon never changed from eleven. It took Verizon about four days to fix, said it was
