I use AIM on the computer for Instant messaging when I'm home.

Does anyone know how to turn off the sound when it records the conversation in the STORM from the party with whom you are I'M with ?

Everytime the person sends a message or answers my response it records in the STORM but it sounds with a BELL......

open up your profiles menu, then select the profile that you use, then go to EDIT and under INSTANT MESSAGES, then set the 2 AIM things to SILENT
