After I bricked my phone (I have since fixed it) I purchased (renew contract get phone for free/low price) a "backup" phone. I feel kinda silly having two phones and thought maybe I should take it back since my BB is up and running and very happy. So I am wondering how many phones do you have and what are the backups/second phone?

I always have back-ups. Right now it's an iPhone 3g as I sold all my other devices.

I also have a GoPhone chilling someone around the house.

we just got our phones and switched carriers and of right now we don't have a backup unless our phones from 5 years ago work and I'm not sure where they are But I definitely want a backup, probably a curve or something similar.

I had a backup Pink Razr, but I sold it. I have insurance on my berry, and I have my Touch for my work phone

Yup I use a 3 year old samsung flip as my back-up. Its an excellent phone and I love having it as a back-up.

I have my old Razr 2 that I keep around as a backup. I also keep my iPod touch synced with Outlook as well so that in a pinch I have a 2nd device that has my calender, contacts etc on it.

For me at the moment it's a 7290 unless I can finally unbrick a Pearl I have. Have one more trick up my sleeve after several attempts...

Other than that I have a small box of non BB's ie: Siemens / Nokia / Samsung that'll hold me through in a pinch.

hopefully i will never use that again.. once you get a berry you realize what junk they and other dumb phones are..

Absolutely. It's always good to have a few phones in case one craps the bed. Let's see I have Sony Ericsson TM506, Moto Razr, Nokia 6301, Unlocked Samsung Blackjack 2(sucks) and I guess that's it.
