    Can I do this the other way around? I'll give them a box of rump steaks for a new BlackBerry Venture running OS 10.4.0 plus a wireless charging mat.

    the butcher just want old BB lined up on the wall - not necessary functional devices. I am sure if they let University student know, they will shortage of sausages - there are many non-functional devices around the campus. Besides, the owner should wear t-shirt with BlackBerry patent image for the openning to get maximum impact - it sell on amazon.com kid size for less than 20 USD (good looking geeky one... too bad it only has XL that fit for 12-13 years old boy... black/navy color to choose from)...
