Just wondering if people can share their paid app list from BlackBerry world. Maybe some people can grab them before BlackBerry shts down the paid feature this April.

For my apps from FileArchiveHaven, I'd recommend just waiting I'll be making most of them free anyway.

One or two that have server dependencies will get pulled but that's about it.

Proximity Photos is a bit of fun, although typically it's a browser for random flickr accounts of local users rather than photos of the local area. Unfortunately Sven never implemented a feature I was discussing with him via email which would have lessened the chances of rinsing your data plan.

Silent Keys I was interested in for a long time before getting, it works fine, however I've found that I typically don't make use of it.

Sven Ziegler and CellNinja have both put together quality apps for BlackBerry 10 so any support is well placed in my opinion.

I don't mean to hijack the thread now but on the off chance one of their apps might be bought...

Other App Developers that have added to my BlackBerry 10 experience:
QtHelex, Bellshare, Burning Platform, Evgeny Yurchenko, Saper-ek, Fire Chest Apps, Odd Element, Ghost squared, DDM Srl, Toysoft, Jacopo Federici, Raluca Vlad, Serje Robidoux, bytebau, Little Boat Studios (Refocus), Runisoft, OSBB Code Labs, PYOPYO studio, JFDP Labs, Marco Bavagnoli, Eugene Popov, Tundra Core, Nikolaos Gerontidis, James O'Connor and Adrian Sacchi.

Game Developers I'd like to note:
Artur Mazurek, Supergonk, Yippee, ZeptoLab, Lima Sky, Rock n Roll, Owlchemy Labs, Brian Scheirer, Koby Douek, Fuzzy Bug, Funkoi, Marco Gallo, Uppercut Games, Artefacto Estudio and Federico Bricker.

I'd appreciate finding out about other recommended developers that I've not had the fortune to come across.

FWIW, Fire Chest Apps has gone completely dark. The developer disappeared three years ago, and the domain is for sale. His apps are very good, but expensive, and it doesn't feel right giving money to BlackBerry not knowing who's getting paid.

I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase paid apps at this stage.

I haven't paid for an app since the rumours about BB10's unofficial EOL started floating around a couple of years back.

I've already put enough money into an ecosystem that is riding on the back of a dead horse.

Still working fine for me as well, both credit cards and PayPal. Please don't spread confusion.

Are you buying apps with credit cards that you already had registered for payment? You can't add a credit card now for payment without getting an error code.

I've only paid for Evernote and Box as you do not have to go through BB World to pay for them. Great for linking to a landing page or website if you have one.

Evernote premium is a paid app. It gives you access to Evernote on a number of devices with the same account, I think it's up to 6 different devices and the free Evernote version allows 2 only.

I added a new credit card just recently and I also re-added my PayPal account (I changed some setting in PayPal so BlackBerry got confused and I had to re-add it). Bought an app afterwards. So clearly it still works fine.

New BB10 user and have been trying to add my payment details for a week after updating the payment app. After another BMs suggestion to wait a few days and try again, I did just that. I was able to add PayPal details and purchase apps.

I am also looking for apps that I want to buy before the store shuts down.

I recommend Supertube and Basket, although Basket is not seeing some of my files for some reason. It still is an awesome app and much better than using the Android apk of Dropbox.

Wow, I can't make purchases anymore either. First, it's not accepting my credit card and gives a strange error message. Then when I try to use a Paypal account I get caught in a circle where it asks me to log in over and over.

Good job, Chen! Your loyal customers will never forget you.

Pathetic. You warn us that the window will close on a certain date. But you let it shut early?

This is a glitch that's been around for quite awhile. There's various threads on possible solutions that some have been successful with. Problem was affecting BBOS and BB10 devices.

I just bill to my carrier phone bill.
    Makes it easier. Never fails.
Only drawback is you have to have an active Sim in your phone. If I have to get apps on a phone that isn't daily use I just swap the Sim in.

Just repaid and redownloaded Kalemsoft (thanks for reminding me) - I had it on my Z10, but lost my bbworld account with that when I went android - now having to reinstall a few things on my passport before it all goes dark.

Yes, had it hiccup first time through, went back to it again, and it took my paypal no problem.

How do you bill to carrier? My credit card paying failed many months ago and so I had to switch to PayPal. Now even PayPal seems to be broken...

Any way to fix? Only a few days left...

FWIW, there is a payment options update available form BlackBerry in BlackBerry AppWorld.

I also had an unusual error like you guys blocking me for ages. I had to change my payment option, and I suspect it could be a security thing when billing details don't match something... Anyway best of luck
