I have seen the other thread about converting videos but the SUPER program does not work on my computer for some reason.

Many people have mentioned HandBreak as an alternate converting program but no one has specified what the setting need to be so that it will work on the Storm.

I have tried multiple combinations but cannot find one that works.

I would be deeply greatful for any help.
