I have a white model bbq10 sqn100-1 that I got from amazon, it updated just fine to 10.3 but I bought an unlocked t-mobil bbq10 sqn100-5 on Craigslist (just because it's black lol) but the sqn100-5 won't update to 10.3? Can you enlighten me please?

I already updated the phone with the 10.3 autoloader. I didn't make a backup beforehand which I guess I should have because I come to find that blackberry q10 some core apps are gone...such as blackberry assistant, gallery, movie maker, player, music. Any help with this?

You loaded a developer OS from the BlackBerry website.

It's best to throw BlackBerry Link in the garbage and use a third party app like Ultimate Backup.

Better yet, sync email, calendar, contacts, pictures, and documents to the cloud. Keep media on an SD card.
