Haha, those email/text alerts are the biggest joke ever. I received 1 alert in 3 months telling me that they updated their website, and this was back before there was even before any worthwhile information was on there...absolutely ridiculous.

I still don't see a way to buy online through renewal?

yeah I got the text about 30 minutes after this comment I made lol!! I couldn't order it online with the renewal or by CSR! crappers
