Why is it, we are now in September and still I don't have the update for July and August. I got my keyone from the carphone shop in the UK. Is it me or does anyone else have this update problem ?

What PRD number has your device (is printed on the box)? If you have the -003, you should at least get the July update automatically.

Yes it is 003. I got the device in may I think when it first came out. I don't understand why I haven't had all updates when they have been released ?

What version are you on at the moment? Have you tried checking for updates from different wifi networks? Maybe try setting the updater to allow updates via mobile network?

I have an unlocked BBB100-3 (US CDMA model) purchased from TCL's Amazon store. It is still at AAL093. It too has never ever received any updates -- I run "check for updates" constantly, from many different WiFi networks, without luck. It's about to get banned from my company's BES server -- they allow only phones that actually receive Android security updates no less than monthy, and in light of Blueborne, the urgent September update for Android, and my phone and others being stuck at *April*, they've concluded the claim that the KEYone gets monthly security updates is a lie.

Not a good feeling.
