I am a new user for BlackBerry I had preferred the passport as a unique device in shape build and software,i loved it I was afraid about the store, as I must have all my usual apps, the only thing encourage me to buy my passport your page.

I had read and seen a lot of youtube videos about its easy to get android apps.

Unfortunately, I took my decision and bought one, and start to follow your links several times for two day with resetting the device also,each after installing google play store and try to choose any app, the apps crashed

I wish if you could tell me in steps

The Passport can only run Android apps that support Android version 4.3. The current version of Android is now 7.0.

If you're trying to run updated apps that don't support the old version 4.3, they won't work on the Passport. Also the more an apps is dependent on Google Play Services, the less compatible it is going to be.

You might want to re-read all the information about Cobalt's workarounds and try re-installing them.

The latest versions of many of these apps don't work on BB10.

Use native Whatsapp.

Use Facebook Lite and Messenger Lite.

Use an older version of Instagram (v10.3.2), and TuneIn Pro v7.3.

The link containing many file, just trying to download I got a message the link won't open in a browser go to app clicked on it, I received a message that my mobile don't support java

Native what's app will be not available next year and I love my new gorgeous BB passport I have just moved from my iphone 5s, once I got the ipad pro. I said it's time to hold a reasonable and dependable device as BB but I am shocked about the poor store, I don't know why?!
Their devices in my opinion is greatest and the bb system is fantastic, but poor apps.
Are they gonna not support bb system anymore after they had to made devices run laggy but rich google store

You need a PC for patching anyway.

Many people struggle with the mega app on BB10, so you may need to find a PC to download the files too.

Yes. Many apps have regional restrictions.

First of all
I'd like to thank you for your effort
I had download the playstore it works!!
But, there's a problem I had recognised a heating issue in my device specially on the corner having the camera
Is it due to play store and apps or what??
And how could I solve the heating problem
