When I get a message with a picture that has sound attached to it, I don't get the sound?

Most picture messages I get that have sound show that there are 2 parts 2 the message. I usually see the pic and then it will automatically go 2 the next slide or I have 2 scroll down on the trackball 2 get the the second slide.
