    June's update fails to install - - is anyone else seeing this?

    Not seeing that but I'm on EE in the UK. Just received the June update (AAL682) and I'm getting the message:

    'Unable to establish a wireless Data Connection. Cause: ONLY_IPV6_ALLOWED.now'

    appears data roaming as been lost

    I've updated now -- update was on SD card and it couldn't be read on reboot -- I don't get that error unfortunately

    Go to settings then apps select updates then storage and clear data

    Re run the update and it will all be good.

    I was facing this issue.

    You need to set a new APN with the following info.

    Name*Internet

    APN*orangeinternet

    Proxy*Leave Blank

    Port*Leave Blank

    Username*eesecure

    Password*secure

    Server*Leave Blank

    MMSC*http://mms/

    MMS Proxy*149.254.201.135

    MMS*Port*8080

    MCC*234

    MNC*30

    Authentication Type*PAP

    APN*Type If you have choices select internet + mms otherwise type in *



    I had the same issue. This worked for me.

    It's super strange as the June update seems to have broken quite a few things. Here with the Rogers K1 after the June update,lost LTE+!

    bukovisk, thanks for this but someone else suggested just resetting the APN and that worked. It's a pity the helpdesk at EE don't know this.

    An android update was downloaded but when installing it, it fails saying smth like "This is embarrassing... The update failed. Try to install again..."

    Tried 3 times. No luck.

    What do I do?

    If few people are experiencing this, I could guess that it's because I have set up a password for the phone, before I turn on the device. This could interfere I guess if not set up properly.
