Ordered on the 14th about 7 AM. I believe It was overnight shipping, 18th today, still hasn't shipped and the same status for order, "item being processed at warehouse"

Yes, had the same issue ordering at 2 AM EST. Apparently out of stock, per chat with Order Support Specialist today. They expect to receive phones within a couple of days

Out of stock is a good thing! They probably under shipped though. Anywho, I ordered mine when it first launched and now I just got the e-mail that it just shipped.

opened and activated today. call volume is way louder and crisper than my cdma keyone which is verizon- returning it! Sprint has stereo and mono sounds as well, will try it and compare before porting # over.

I had problems setting up. was on chatt, they asked for imei and iccd and was able to activate. now updating my phone and downloading app

loving my KeyOne. Full charge since 1045 am, now 1012 pm pst and Battery at 66 %. been updating apps , on Spotify, snapchat, Instagram, fb. so far so good!

I love the phone! But my experience has been hell because I can't get online or use mobile network if I'm not on WiFi. Are you able to browse the Internet and send MMS without WiFi being on?
