    I have bought a refurbished unlocked Blackberry 9800 torch, everything works, able to call and text, but when I try to access the internet or any apps I have the following message appear:

    "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration service Book Entries."

    "Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device."

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    You'd have to contact your carrier to get a BB Service plan on your line.

    Yes, the old legacy devices need a BIS plan.
