I am using z10 running 10.3.2
My phone randomly shuts down and doesn't power on, I have to attach a charger to turn it on and it shows the battery is 0% and charging, but the battery was 60% when the phone powered off. This is happening to me everyday it's really frustrating. I think the battery is good, this is the problem of os. Any help...

The random issues are being caused by the older BB10 OS trying to keep up with Updated APK files (android apps)
You need to upgrade to the most up to date OS 10.3.3.2205

As any android apps update they become less and less compatible with the OS.
Once you get things running smoothly... you should stop updating the apps because BB10 will not be upgraded to keep up with newer APK files.
Think of it like your home computer. As the OS system files (drivers) are updated the bulk of software will offer updates (drivers) to keep up with the system.

But 10.3.2 is the latest version for my z10 STL 100-1 and I don't use android apps except Instagram.
