    When on WiFi I can't accept calls or if I am cannot hear the caller. Also not able to send texts with pictures attached. I get a message the say "General Failure". Any help or fixes out there??

    This sentence doesn't parse, "When on WiFi I can't accept calls or if I am cannot hear the caller."
    Please restate your problem description including the following?
    What device?
    What software version?
    What carrier?
    Was the device purchased from the carrier, as in does the device get carrier updates?

    Passport SE w/ software 10.3.31435 unlocked on T-Mobile. I get updates through them, I guess?? With last update I got a msg "this is your first WiFi call" . With incoming calls I can't hear caller so I try to hang up to try to return call my phone freezes (have to restart my phone to get it to disconnect)! When I call out I get call failure msg. So have to disconnect from WiFi to make calls. Is there a setting so that my calls don't go through WiFi?

    When making a call while on Wifi you are prompted to make the call using Wifi or not. Press no and the call is made using your carrier.

     Passport SQW100-1/ 10.3.1.2876, Q10 SQN100-5/10.3.1.2576, Classic SQC100-4/ 10.3.3.2205 

    No it doesn't give me that option and I don't see a setting to bypass WiFi calling either.
