Every BB10 device I have upgraded to patch level 10.3.3.1463 is unable to send or receive emails through BES12.4
Since upgrading the$ to Android is much cheaper than spending hours with BES support over the phone and BlackBerycares, or not, I have been upgrading them to Android but I really need to know. What I should do at the backend (BES), such as policy changes, etc.. to get those devices running again. Those devices are Z30, Classic,Q10 and Passport. The message I'm getting "could not locate "my server address". However, the same name and setup is being used with BB10 devices that have no been upgraded to that evil patch and they are running just fine. I have 7 devices that are rendered useless. That patch forces itself, even you disable updates. Once a device gets connected to WiFi, the upgrade starts and that is the beginning of the end for that BB10 device.
Any help or clues would be most appreciated.

There are some errors on 10.3.3 and BES in KB: aren´t able to get internal info, not receiving new it policies after enrollment and so on.

And don´t forget: BES12.4 is EOS 30.June2017

On UEM12.6.2 with ~30 bb10 on latest 10.3.3 release without secure connect issues.
