Do they even show under your Hub accounts? You should be able to just highlight them and delete them, assuming they can be deleted.

yes. but no option for remove account.

only for email there's a trash icon to remove account.

Weird, though, I believe that has something to do BlackBerry's virtual SIM stuff. While you may not be able to delete them, you should be able to 'hide' them by unchecking 'Display on Account Tab'. Sorry I don't have any better answer, I've only ever saw 2 lines in there and generally, a reboot removed the inactive one.

    Any solution for this?
I am using keyone with dual Sim and have the same issue too.

Had tried clearing data, clearing cache of the hub but not much work. Can hide but it will keep creating a new Sim Account everytime in put in another Sim card when I travel.

    Quite irritating I feel.
    moonflyer and WT44 like this.

O.u.t.s.t.a.n.d.i.n.g... Maybe it's just better to glue two OS10 devices together. Just kidding of course, but anyways...

I hope this issue would be solved with the new oreo maybe?
    @LiamQ
Sorry not sure if this a overall OS issue or is just an hub issue.

Using a key2 now and the problem is not only unique to key1.

Facing the same problem even on my dual Sim key2

This is specific to Dual Sim phones. On Dual Sim phones, Hub/Hub+ tracks messages per SIM card so they can be displayed separately in Hub. When it sees a new SIM card, a new account is created to hold the messages.

You should be able to hide them from the main list by removing 'Display on the account Tab'.

Unfortunately, to completely remove them you'd have to clear data on BlackBerry Hub+ Services, and then re-add all your email accounts; then only SIMs seen in the last 30 days should be re-added.

I understand this is a pain point, and the frustrations have been noted.

    Thanks for the update max.

Had just do a data clear and the extra Sim card accounts still reappear.
guess got to wait until it is over 30 days until I try this method again as I had just inserted a new Sim card last week during my travel.
