I've had this problem off and on for some time that my Z10 will stop receiving e-mails from my various POP servers. Usually it corrects itself after some period of time, or after a restart, but not this time. I would like to resolve this problem as more and more, I'm relying on my phone as my primary means of electronic communication. I have two e-mail accounts on different servers. Thus far I have tried:

    1. Logging out and back in, re-entering the password
    2. Restarting the phone
    3. Checking the server settings, making sure the servers, ports, security settings, etc are correct
    4. Deleting and setting up the account again, device fails to log in

I haven't yet tried a battery pull, but I guess that's next. Both POP accounts stopped working at the same time.

I'd e be grateful for any suggestions you folks might have.

    BB 10 OS Release 10.3.2.556

The battery pull appears to have done it. After that, I was able to log back into my one account, and set up the second (which I had deleted) so they're both working again.

    Sorry to bother everyone...
