Has there been any movement on this for BB10 phones? I haven't heard anything in ages.

Nope. Most likely never coming, unfortunately.

They don't even support BlackBerry Android devices for WiFi calling at this point.

AT&T is racist against BlackBerry phones, probably because they have black in their name. Might explain why Samsung phones no longer have the Blackjack line in the new products. Maybe I'm being flippant. To be serious, BlackBerry phones never make carriers any money. The users are predominantly responsible and sensible, not breaking their phones constantly, or clamoring for the next new thing that is 3% faster with fewer hardware features than the previous iteration. Since the phones don't sell well (they seem to last longer than a Honda Civic), they get no attention from AT&T. If the company doesn't cater to iPhone users, the bottom line will be in danger. If AT&T says that they'll block all BlackBerry phones from the network, how many customers would they lose?

WiFi calling is only for iPhone and Samsung 6 and up. At least with T-Mobile there's a work around.

To be precise, there's nothing in the phone's OS that will even let you use WiFi calling, even if you gave AT&T the IMEI of a recent Galaxy phone to use as a dummy replacement. Since the WiFi calling feature is added directly through the phone's interface, rather than a feature that is provisioned via the website or customer support, there's no wiggle room. Not sure what would happen if you had a BlackBerry from another carrier that supported WiFi calling, though.
