    I hope someone here has seen this before and can help me get to the bottom of the problem.

    In the past few weeks, I have had problems sending and receiving work emails on my Passport; everything was good for a couple of months. Specifically, I have encountered very long delays with email when not connected to the work wifi network. Cycling the radios on and off so that there is a connection to a "new" network resolves the problem momentarily, allowing "queued" emails to be received and sent. I have also noticed that I can no longer do a lookup of the internal corporate directory. Roaming in a different country does not change the situation.

    IT tried reinstalling the account to no avail, and apparently the device is properly provisioned. They think it is a hardware problem, but this makes no sense as I can do everything else without issue: personal email, web browsing, apps requiring connectivity.

    Has anyone seen this or does anyone have suggestions for IT to look into?
