Z30 Bluetooth not connecting anymore to house landline or honda accord mylink. It all stopped working after last update 10.3.3.1435. Tried rebooting, deleting Bluetooth pairings. It will say pairing unsuccessful when the attempt is made.

Seems to be an ongoing issue for some folks on 10.3.3. You've done all the suggested troubleshooting that I can think of. Maybe someone else will have more for you to try.

I read in other post that you need to deleting the Bluetooth entry on both phone and device. Have you tried it?

Z30, updated to OS 10.3.3.2163 last night, from a version probably 6 months old or more.

Now this morning, it is unable to connect to a 2015 Honda Accord. Reset the phone, re-booted the car, deleted the connection from the phone, tried to re-connect about dozen times, still "connection was unsuccessful" from both the car and the Z30.

I haven't yet found how to delete a BlueTooth connection from the car. Tried to add a new device with the phone discoverable, but still no luck.

It's pretty frustrating.

I have 2014 Nissan Rouge. After the update I lost the connection between my Z20 and Bluetooth. I had to pair the phone to the Bluetooth again and it works ever since.

Try to delete the old phone entry in your car audio Bluetooth settings. I have just tested this on my 2016 Honda SUV with Panasonic head unit. It didn't allow me to re-pair my Z30 unless I deleted the old entry.

I'm having the same issue after the update. I have a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The car Bluetooth does what it's supposed to, ask for a 0000 Paring code. The Z30 doesn't allow me to enter code it just recognized the car goes from audio to showing the name Sonata and just repeatedly makes the wait circle and never flips over to allow entering the pairing code. So the car just waits and times out then announces pair unsuccessful. Just found out today when I went to the gym I could pair with my Vizio Headphones. I had no problems re- pairing Jabra, Belkin, HDMX Jam Speaker. I rely very heavily on my car Bluetooth. I tried all of the above. Any other suggestions, Help!

Bluetooth car connectivity fixed. I went into configure in the Bluetooth settings noticed rSap Mode was off. Turned it on went out to car and the phone asked for confirmation of the pin the car sent and popped on just like the old days.

I did what was suggested, removed all devices from the Accord and reinstalled my Z30. Fixed it!
