I was able to use BB link on my windows 10 laptop to backup and synch, but now I just get a message saying that Blackberry Link has stopped working. I have uninstalled and re-installed (that worked initially but not any more) and deleted Itunes, which I read could help.
My husband's classic won't back up on his computer either. Is this a common problem?

Yep, technically BlackBerry Link is not supported on Windows 10. - http://crackberry.com/fyi-blackberry...-or-windows-10 there is no one answer to fix the problem for everyone sadly and it sounds like you have tried most things. You can also backup using DBBT as well as Sachesi if you're looking for alternatives or wait for some other suggestions.

It's really the calendar synch I was wanting to do, instead of entering everything twice. What a hassle. Sachesi just works for backups?

Hello on my laptop with latest Windows 10 downloaded from https://windows10download.com/blackberry-link/
Although on page states on download version link 1.2.3.56 it downloaded and installed version 1.2.4.39. It worked perfectly connecting my Passport SE!!! Where before could not connect?!
Maybe works for others. Good luck
