    Is it OFFICIALLY available yet or are people downloading through some different source? There seems to be a lot of ppl complaining abt the performance of it & I am thinking it is bc it is not officially released, but, IS it released & I just didn't get it yet?

    The OS has been officially released by BB but as usual, not all (barely any) carriers have officially released it. This means that if you doin't want to wait for your carrier to send it out, you will have to do it yourself. This is presuming you don't have a factory unlocked device, of course, which will receive the updated OS over the air.

    It is official and it is rolling out. Wait for it, or maybe if you do a restart of your device, it may recognize the update and start a download. 1.6 GB though....

    The Guide is definitive. Reality is frequently inaccurate.

    There are also still people with factory unlocked devices that haven't received the update yet.
