    Is Tmo going to send out the latest OS10 update to its Q10 customers? I've asked in a couple of places but haven't gotten any response. Trying to see if latest update knocked out the Tmo wifi on the phone. Thanks!!

    I doubt that TMO will push the update out (at least not any time soon). Bought my device direct from BlackBerry and on TMO as a carrier. So the update came through from BlackBerry. I've read from previous posts that WiFi Calling still works.

    Maybe someone else can chime in if they got their device direct from TMO.

    You will not get an update from T-Mobile. I sold my T-Mobile Q10 and bought a factory unlocked one. It has all the necessary T-Mobile LTE bands, and I get OTA updates directly from BlackBerry as soon as they are released.

    I was having several problems with my Q10 and T Mo. After finally getting it unlocked I switched to Cricket and it was a tremendous improvement and the WiFi seemed much better as well. I'm not technically inclined but the switch seemed to clear up all of the problems I was having. Apparently Cricket hasn't updated the software so that is the next thing I'll work on but since everything is working good now I'm a bit hesitant to change so will wait a bit.

    Doubt it they haven't pushed an OS update in a long time for the Q10. I did the auto loader and lost my wifi calling app but haven't had the time yet to try adding it back onto my Q10 to test it.

    Did the update with sachesi and everything works normal. Including Wifi calling. It comes standard with this update.
