I'm on a formerly unlocked AT&T branded Priv (now factory unlocked thanks to last update).

I received an update notification, saw it download something, then it said it had to restart and install. I turned my attention away and did not see it restart. Was this the official push to fix the "No Service" LTE problem?

Device is still on security patch level November 6, 2016.
    Kernal version 3.10.84-perf-ge19dde9 ec_agent@br624cnc #1
    Build number AAH505

It could have been. Check the BlackBerry Forums at BlackBerry's sight to see if it has been released.

Was that what it was before?

According to the knowledge base, AAH505 is the No Service fix for both AT&T and T-Mobile:

"No Service" is displayed on AT&T PRIV

"No Service" is displayed on T-Mobile PRIV

It was AAH505, that was the update that completely unlocked and removed the AT&T bloatware.

I work in the IT department in a large firm and our rep at Blackberry told us on the 29th that there was an over the air update coming within about a week to resolve the "No Service" issue.

Nothing posted at in the knowledgebase at "No Service" is displayed on AT&T PRIV but they're kinda slow...
