Just received my new 9500 Storm. Ok, the green dial button fell off within 48 hrs and the OS is painfully buggy......but i'm going to persist!!!!!

I'm having a problem downloading Apps. Basically when I clicked on Facebook or YouTube it asked me whether I wanted to download it. All ok. Downloads fine. But now every time I click on these Apps (or any to be honest) it immediately asks me if i want to Reinstall the app....no I don't want to! If I select No (cancel) it doesn't allow me to open that App. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem. I download FaceBook. Phone keeps tellimg me I have to download it again. Upgraded to 5.0, is that the problem?
